Consuming alcohol will not affect the results of a Sculptra treatment.  Of course, not more than moderate consumption is recommended for overall heath.  

alcohol should not effect your sculptra results other than increase bruising.  it is suggested to try to avoid alcohol for 48 hours before the injection. 

There are no known interactions with Sculptra
and alcohol.  Avoid drinking alcohol 48 prior to injections with Sculptra to decrease the risk of bruising. 

Not sure what 16 units of alcohol is, but I'm  sure that in Australia, that is quite a lot, mate!   The biggest secondary effect with alcohol is it increases bruising by decreasing the number of and the activity of platelets which are a very important component of the clotting mechanism.    So take it down some units on the weeks your are getting your Scultpra injections.  Avoid aspirin and all NSAIDs too if you can.
