As for PRP with exosomes, while they can support hair restoration, results vary and may take time. Reversing gray hair is not a guaranteed outcome, as it largely depends on the underlying cause of graying. I recommend a detailed follow-up with your surgeon to assess graft health, address folliculitis, and develop a tailored plan to optimize your results.

For full hair growth, it may take from 12-18 months. If there is no more density after 18 months, you may consider a second hair transplant procedure. In the meantime, the best option is taking Finasteride and applying Rogaine.

Regarding your concern;1. Poor growth? - It could be either poor growth or the transplanted density was not so high. I would recommend you to ask your surgeon who did the hair transplant for you regarding this issue in case he/she could help you out.
2. The on-and-off folliculitis could be caused by ingrown hair or bacterial/yeast infection. I would recommend you to try ketoconazole shampoo and topical antibiotics when you have an outbreak. In case you don't get better, please seek for a further medical care with a dermatologist.
