Also, it is fairly common to have increased shedding of both the natural and transplanted hairs up to 9 months after a transplant! Typically this is transient, and your density should come back, unless there are medically significant underlying issues. PRP with or without exosome therapy can help stabilize the hair to minimize further loss, and should expedite the recovery process as well, bringing back the density you had prior to the episode.
