I recently returned home after having my procedure at Smile Hair Clinic and I had such a great experience! Prior to my procedure I had done some research and decided on Smile, and I’m glad I did! The case manager was thoughtful, understanding and timely in their responses to my questions and concerns prior to my arrival. When I arrived I was still somewhat nervous and uncertain on what to expect, but once I met with Dr Bilgin for my consultation, he put my nerves at ease and was realistic and very clear as we shared our mutual expectations. The entire team from start to finish were communicative, compassionate, understanding and so friendly. From my arrival in Istanbul, to the airport transfers, hotel stay, procedure and follow up care, everything was so seamless! Because of my amazing experience I highly recommend Smile Hair Clinic. I only wish I had done this sooner!

I had my surgery with Dr. Bilgin in September 2024. I’d decided months earlier that I wanted to get a transplant in Turkey but wasn’t sure where. After a lot of research and reading tons of reviews, Smile stood out as the best option — and I was right! They were so communicative and helpful throughout the process, patiently answering every question I had with quick response times. Even when I had to tweak my travel plans (since I was on vacation in Europe before the surgery), they were able to accommodate the changes easily. Before my procedure, they reviewed my photos and asked about my vision and priorities for the front, middle, and back — which made me feel confident that they really cared about my input. Dr. Bilgin and his team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The hotel they arranged was also very nice, with the shuttle service (and if I remember correctly breakfast) included. I 100% recommend Smile — so, so, so much! My results have been amazing; even my childhood friends have noticed and commented on how natural it looks. Everything is perfect, from the airport reception to the clinic. Hôtel was incredible also, translator if you need it.. And they follow you By Whatsapp when you want. I recommend it 100%. It's been a year already, and I have tons of hair!

I visited Smile Hair Clinic in December of 24. One of my friends got it done about a year earlier and had great results so I thought I’d go with the same clinic and doctor as he did. I definitely recommend Smile Hair Clinic! The communication leading up to my procedure was fantastic. The transportation and lodging was first class. The clinic itself was clean and up to date. The doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating, and the post op communication has been wonderful. Since the procedure (six months ago) I’ve seen great results and have had several of my friends and colleagues who have expressed interest in going to Smile Hair Clinic.

J'ai effectué ma greffe de cheveux chez Smile Hair Clinic et je suis entièrement satisfait du résultat. Du moment où l'on atterri à Istanbul, on est entièrement pris en charge jusqu'au retour. L'hôtel est propre et récent, le resto de l'hôtel est bon et pas cher. A l'arrivée à la clinique, on est pris en charge par une interprète qui vous accompagne tout le long de la journée donc vous pouvez poser toutes les questions que vous voulez et exprimer vos attentes sans problème. La greffe en elle même n'est pas douloureuse, juste le moment de l'anesthésie locale mais ça dure 2 minutes et après plus aucune douleur pendant et après l'opération. Lendemain, vérification d'usage et changement de pansement avec toutes les explications pour nettoyer la greffe puis transfert à l'aéroport. Je recommande pleinement cette clinique.
