Your donor area may not be enough for that many more grafts. You could try Minoxidil or Finasteride, but I suggest talking to a reputable doctor and seeing what is your best option. While 4000 sounds like a huge number of grafts, it's probably half of what you would need to get adequate coverage based on the current pictures. I would encourage use of medical maintenance therapies as well (minoxidil, finasteride, laser cap, PRP) in order to preserve remaining native hair and also improved the quality of future donor hair.
