Hematoma removal breast augmentation. Is it acceptable to remove implant wash out tissues and put it back in? (photo)

I had a Breast Augmentation on 10-24-17 and from the beginning the right breast felt different. It was more painful, very sore, tight, and up very high compared to the left breast. On day 3 PO I spoke with a RN at my surgeons office and she said it was normal for 3 DPO. Had my first follow up day 8 PO and surgeon feels there is a hematoma and is planning on going to open me back up on day 13 PO. Is it normal to have to wait that long for removal of hematoma? I'm in bad pain
