You should consider that an oversized implant like this is going to cause some problems for you, even if you think the weight is not bad. Women often present for breast reductions where less than 900 grams of tissue is removed for symptom relief. In addition, overfilling a 600 cc implant to 900 cc is not advised or condoned by the manufacturer and will place you at undue risk for complication and will void the implant warranty.
