Age 25, multiple facial injuries from sports. Would I be a candidate for ptosis surgery? Would insurance also cover it? (photo)

Certain insurance providers will cover ptosis surgery if you can prove that you have visual field restrictions from the ptosis which can be tested by an ophthalmologist.I hope this helps!, best of luck!
