Ptosis after blepharoplasty. How soon could I potentially have corrective surgery? (Photo)

I got upper and lower blepharoplasty done 48 hours ago and immediately after surgery I could easily open my left eye, but my right eye only less than half way. I have severe swelling on both eyes, but still I can open my left eye easily. The swelling is the same on both eyes and I have actually done more cold pressing gently on the right eye and the swelling has gone down a bit, but still I can't open my eye fully. How soon could I potentially have corrective surgery?
