Could exercising day 2-3 hours before ptosis surgery cause any complications?

Hi, If i do a short run or moderate weightlifting, 2-3 hours before Ptosis surgery: 1) Is this possible, or would it cause any complications? 2) can it cause excessive bleeding of the eyelid specifically, during surgery? Or no impact
