I have a small blister that pulled off when I removed the tape from my Breast Lift, can this be tissue death?

Unfortunately, tape can cause superficial injuries to the skin. This can result in blistering. This blister just represents a very thin layer of skin that's been lost but not tissue death. Some patients develop blisters from the tape. This often goes on to heal without major sequelae.  Good luck.

The most likely have very sensitive skin and a tape blister is not usually a cause of tissue death.  Typically there is a fluid-filled blister and only a thin superficial layer of skin is removed.  of course you need to check with your plastic surgeon who performed your operation.  The Dr. should examine you to make certain that you're healing well.
