100%. You have a classic hyperanimation deformity which has a very straightforward and common fix in my practice. You would be well served with a site change to the subfascial position, replacing your pectoralis muscle into the chest wall where it belongs and the new subfascial device would be supported with P4HB scaffolding for long term stability. #Sigalift

Without an in oerson examination it is difficult to give advice but, in general reovosong the amount of muscle released, pocket adjustments and possibly fat transfer to the area of indentation shkiukd make the problem correctible. Another option is to replace the implant over the muscle. Revisional surgery definitely needed

Yes, the upper medial capsule has torn through and can be repaired and tightened. Mesh might be needed since that is a tricky area to repair.
