I had a breast lift and implants done 3 years ago. Since then I’ve had to go back for a couple revisions because my right boob was still so saggy compared to my left. I’m still not happy and I feel like my doctor keeps saying “they’re never going to be identical” but is this a normal amount of difference? Should I be pushing back more? The implant in the right seems high and flat in the cleavage and I can move it a lot and feel it to touch. Please arm with the right things to ask.thx

Your surgeon is correct. Do not go bigger. Your own tissue is being stretched and thinned by heavy implants and will sag more quickly with even larger implants. Plus, they will be heavy on your neck and shoulders.
Your implants are too heavy for your tissue and are not being supported by anything but your breast. They are sagging down from the weight. I suggest you go smaller and place the implants behind the muscle. Then the bottom area can be tightened and reshaped.
