I have had 2 breast augs (last one in 2015 with 575cc moderate profile gummy bear) which have now dropped a bit and seem to possibly be bottoming out. I’m lacking upper pull fullness. Over 10 consults and I’m still lost - a lot are recommending internal suturing with galaflex. Thoughts on doing both without a lift?

Answer: Breasts Your implants are too heavy for your tissue and even if repositioned, will sag over time. I would suggest going smaller, tightening your inferior pocket and supporting with mesh. I don't think you will need a lift. also, placing the implants behind the muscle will give better upper breast fullness and more support to the weight of the implant. You need to go smaller.

Answer: Agree with Dr Baxter I agree with Dr Baxter's opinion. You could also go to a higher profile implant which is built to give more upper pole fullness. You absolutely do not need a breast lift because your nipples are not low at all.
