Revision - what should I do?

Fearless590719
i had empty 34d from originally being 34g . i was full at the bottom but empty on top. i wanted to increase the upper pole. i had a reduction, uplift & impants - 375cc unders- high profile. i have bottomed out, i’m currently 7month and seeing my surgeon to talk about a revision. i’m upset because i paid a lot of money and i’m still suffering with lack of volume upper pole & my nipples are sky high. Tbh they look worst than they did when they were saggy. what should i do?
