Hi thanks for your question and pictures. It seems like you have done well after removal of the cyst and not had any recurrent cysts or sinus tracts form. It is safe to have a BBL performed. No fat is injected into the area where the pilonidal cyst was. Often incisions are placed along that central fold as access points for fat injection. Depending on your previous incision and exam it may be ok to use that as an access point. This will be determined by your surgeon. He/She may opt to perform liposuction around the sacral diamond area (lower central back). It is ok to perform liposuction in this area as long as physical exam does not reveal any irritation or sinus tracts related to the previous cyst.
