Recommended vitamins or minerals before BBL procedure?

Hello, I am hoping to receive the Brazilian butt lift procedure in June. Are there any recommended vitamins or minerals/creams any doctors would advise before this procedure? I have heard a lot about scars, fat loss in areas, swelling and I am trying to reduce this? Of course I am following a balanced diet but am curious about useful supplement. Many thanks

Hi, 
I advice my patients to eat healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits (NOT juice) and vegetables. This should be enough to give you all the vitamins and minerals you need. 
If your diet lack fresh vegetable and fruits, then some vitamin supplements, such as Vit C, A, E and Zinc, might help. 
After surgery, high protein diet, fruits and vegetables.
