After looking at your pictures, I would like to address your question providing as much details as possible for you to make an informed decision on the tummy tuck surgery.
In your case, I agree, I would recommend an inverted T-scar, hoping to eliminate aprox 550 gr. That will depend whether your breast is more predominantly fatty or glandular. The more gland, the heavier the breast.
