Dear Doctors, I had hair transplant 5 months ago. Now I can see some new hairs but the density is quite spare. More over, I didn't see any new hair roots. Is this normal? Will new hairs roots appear? Thank you so much.

Hello, that sounds like shock loss. Shock loss is due to the loss of normal hair whether it is from donor site or recipient area. It can occur with both FUE and strip procedures. Usually if it occurs it will take place in the recipient area.
