It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor

At this point in the process you are less than halfway to full results-just give it time.Also,you can continue to lose untransplanted hair which can lessen the overall density.This can be helped with adjuncts such as Finasteride,Minoxidil,Low Level Laser Light Therapy and/or PRP.

It is much too early to judge your result. At 6 months you will be at only about 50% growth, at 12 months you will be at roughly 90% growth. Remain patient and continue to follow your doctors post op care instructions.

Regrowing hair is thin, undersized and not bright untill 4-5 th months of hair transplant. İt's normal for new growing hair starting to get native characteristics, waviness, curl in first 4-5 months..This actually takes 10-13 months for hair to become full mature , as thick and bright  as native hair.

At 5 months, a hair transplant is only around 30% "matured." This means you still have new hairs that have not yet penetrated the scalp, and the hairs that have are still thinner and exhibit different characteristics compared to your native hairs (they may be more wispy, wiry, curly, etc, at this point). You still have a lot of maturing left, so no need to worry at 5 months. Try to monitor your progress, but don't make any official rulings until the 12 month mark.

I wouldn't be concerned yet. 5 months is still fairly early on in the process and you're going to see a lot more growth over the next 6 months or so, including changes to density. If you're really concerned you can of course check with your doctor, but usually its hard to gauge what your final results will look like until later on in the process, usually 8-10 months. Final results commonly take a year.

The average person gets 80% of the growth in 8 months to styling length of about 3 inches. It varies with individuals, some earlier and some later. Give it another 3 months
