Hair Transplant 5 months post-op, density sparse -- should I be concerned? (Photos)

Dear Doctors, I had hair transplant 5 months ago. Now I can see some new hairs but the density is quite spare. More over, I didn't see any new hair roots. Is this normal? Will new hairs roots appear? Thank you so much.
