Biofiber is not approved in the U.S. because of safety issues.  It may cause the type of scarring you are describing.  In general, you cannot remove scarring.

Removing the fibers will not remove the scars, but there are other options for scar removal/coverage. Biofibre transplants are banned in the US and many other places for a variety of health/safety reasons.

Good luck. These produce infections that are almost never ending and these procedures have been outlawed in most countries. You will have to find a doctor willing to commit to your care
