Will sun destroy my new hair follicles 8 weeks post FUE?

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  Sun does not "destroy" hair follicles.

Aftercare of HT operation is very important as the operation itself. 1 month is good enough to go back to your daily routine. You can swim and go back to the gym. It is good to protect your head with a hat if there too much heat

You will be fine with the cap on your head. Try to do this for 3 months of not letting the recipient area become sunburned. As far as swimming is concerned, at 8 weeks you are fine to swim in any waters. Take care.

You are already 8 weeks post operative, you can go back to normal life, the sun will not destroy your follicles, the only thing you should protect is the skin, you can swim and enjoy your vacation, but wear hat to protect the skin from the sunburn. 

No, at 8 weeks the only impact on the recipient area is a sun burn for extensive exlosure. The grafts lie beneith the skin so the sun rays will not get to them.
