I would like to get a nose job, my nose isn't big but it has a slight bump and I would like the tip to be a tiny bit smaller. But I don't want people to really notice and I would like to say it "changed" over time

Answer: Can I have an unnoticeable nose job? The goal of rhinoplasty is actually for people not to know that your nose has been "done". If you show before and after photos to people or review them yourself, you should see very pleasing improvements. However, if you're look for minor changes this should not be obvious to others. I hope this information is helpful for you.Stephen Weber MD, FACSDenver Facial Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Subtle rhinoplasty Yes you can.Rhinoplasty is often about being subtle. A good rhinoplasty surgeon will recognize that this is a surgery of millimeters. It is also critical to speak with the patient at length to establish their goals and come to an agreement on the desired result.
