This should not impact adversely your rhinoplasty results. Work done in a rhinoplasty is sufficiently far from teeth and gums that it is not an issue.
The lack of any upper teeth and maxillary atrophy will not affect a rhinoplasty procedure. The bony osteotomies of a rhinoplasty are done way above the level of the maxilla.

At this point your nose is "healed" -- meaning that you won't injure it by doing normal activities (including kissing). There may be some settling and "shrink-wrapping" of the skin that is still taking place for a few more months, but routine events are not a concern.
