Cartilage implant has resulted in raised edges at each end of implant, my once straight nose looks bumpy. Options? (Photos)

I am 70 years old and although this is my first cartilage imppant procefure, it is my 4th Rhinoplasty. This one was done 17 months ago. Each time I visit my doctor, he shaves down the top of the implant, but this just results in another bump. He says the implant cannot be removed as tye nose will look wider. What can I do to restore my smooth nasal profile?

Based on your photos, you can possibly make improvements. It is tougher to derotate the nose, but it can be done. Be sure to see a couple revision rhinoplasty experts that can do computer imaging of what they can do.
