Debating on explant, have a full lift & doctor said won't need lift if removed - will I need another? (Photos)

My opinion is that a breast implant removal should be combined with immediate breast reconstruction to reposition the mammary tissue and improve projection of the upper pole and medial areas using the BRALAN Technique (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) since the results will be adequate in terms of aesthetics and have a minimal scar in the shape of an L. If you are considering a breast explantation, consultation with a plastic surgeon who is experienced in this procedure is essential to ensure optimal results. Best wishes!

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You will most likely look similar to prior implants or maybe you will end up with some more loose skin. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

It is possible that you could undergo explantation and an upside down tummy tuck, which would remove the excess breast skin and allow the tummy tuck to be done at the same time. You may also want to consider fat transfers to the breasts as an alternative.

These implants are too large since they are bottoming out. I would suggest going smaller and tightening your inferior and lateral pockets internally. If removed, you will look more like your first photo with more sagging.

If you choose to exchange implants you will likely not need a lift unless you decrease implant size significantly. There are several benefits to having the implants below the muscle versus above. Be sure to consider all the pros and cons. You can consider combining a tummy tuck at the same time as implant exchange which is commonly done. If you choose to explant only you will likely have loose empty breasts.

It’s difficult to understand what the problem is from your post.
If you want implant augmentation, then you should not explant.
The worst thing you can do is have the implants removed then change your mind and want augmentation.
Currently, I don’t see a strong indication for surgical intervention.
If you want a proper second opinion consultation, then schedule that with other plastic surgeons as an in person consultation. For second opinion consultations come prepared bringing with you a complete set of proper before and after pictures and a copy of your previous operative report if possible.
