Will my pectoral muscle always jump?

I had a BA 10 months ago under the muscle and removed 4 months later. I don't have animation deformity, however I feel my petrol muscle on my dominant side jump/not feel attached doing certain things, it's not as bad as it was but psychology it is a weird feeling. Is there a way I can strengthen my muscles so it jumps less in future or will this be forever?

Hello, thank you for your question. It's understandable to feel concerned about the sensation in your pectoral muscle following your breast augmentation and subsequent explant surgery. The experience of a muscle feeling "detached" or jumping can be disconcerting, especially after surgery. Please see the video that is attached below to discuss your question in great detail.

It’s common for patient to have implants move with the contraction of the pectoralis muscle in sub pectoral augmentations.
During the procedure, the muscle is either transfected or separated from the rib cage along its inferior border.
Different plastic surgeons will cut the muscle levels or separate the origin off the rib cage along the IMF(infra mammary fold) 
The impact of this can’t really be fixed after surgery.
Most patients eventually get used to the changes.
My best recommendation is you follow up with your provider.
There are some differences in how plastic surgeons approach, the pectoral muscle during sub muscular augmentations.
Personally, I like to leave as much of the muscle attached as possible, and try not to transact much of the muscle if possible. Some of the muscle has to be separated or cut in order for the implant to sit in an appropriate position.
