Does breast reduction cause swelling around armpits? (photos)

I had a breast reduction 5 weeks ago with lips suction of the sides (at least that's what the surgeon said he did). However I now have more "armpit fat" than I did before the surgery and my clothes are actually fitting worse than before having the breast reduction. Was this a result of a bad surgeon or something else? I can't see my surgeon for another 3 weeks cuz he's on vacation but I'm definitely not happy plse help!

Looking at your pictures for just being two weeks out you look great.  I don't see anything obvious in the pictures. Perhaps this could be from the deeper sutures.  Best to see your surgeon and get their input. Good luck.
