I have always been insecure about my upper eyelids. I'm only 25 and they age me. Not only uneven but my main concern is that they are very hollow. I am actually an identical twin yet my sister doesn't have hollow upper eyes. Is there anything besides filler that will help. I was considering fat grafting but have difficulty finding surgeons who do this. Also I have had success in the past with lip fat grafting after a few times. I don't mind getting fat grafted several times

The upper eyelid skin can be removed. A lower blepharoplasty can be perform and skin can be removed, however if you have laxity of the lower eyelid, a lid tightening needs to be performed at the same time. This is best performed by an eye plastic surgeon.
