Will my eyelid ever go back to normal after upper eyelid surgery? (Photo)

I’m 20 I had upper eyelid surgery to have what we the doctor and I thought was a cyst. It turned out to be a growth but it was benign. My eyes have slightly improved since after surgery but still dont look as they did. When looking down my eyelid doesnt go down. I also have a hypertrophic scar along the incision line and bumps from sature being left in too long. Any help or suggestions would help.

What you have is upper eyelid ptosis. This is best treated with surgery by an experienced plastic or plastic surgeon.
