25F, not completely satisfied with the uneven shape of my eyes. The left one looks somewhat smaller with a droopier eyelid that is especially visible when I smile. Am I a candidate for upper/lower blepharoplasty? Does this issue look like it's caused by ptosis? Would it be worth it or save money to consider transferring some fat to my under eye area at the same time, or should I not combine procedures? My budget is around 8k.
Answer: Lower blepharoplasty: what you should know Thank you for your question and for providing photos. You appear to be a candidate for lower blepharoplasty to reduce hollowing and enhance your facial shape. Fat in this area can be repositioned to add volume and create an appearance that is balanced with the rest of your facial features. If more volume is needed, a facial fat transfer can be combined with this procedure. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They’ll be able to review your concerns and determine what procedure(s) may be best to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Eyelid surgery + facial fat transfer You are good candidate for Upper Eyelid surgery , nevertheless lower eyelid surgery can be advised only after more detailed examination of skin . As a option steemcell transfer can be done but again it will be visible after personal examination . Optionally non surgical undereye tretment can be a solution as well. Some treatments like mesotherapy, PRP. laser tretmants etc.

Answer: Malar hypoplasia, uneven eyes, ptosis? The only feature visible on these photos is mild malar hypoplasia, small cheek bones. It is impossible to say much about ptosis considering photos, in person evaluation id needed. One side of the face is smaller, what is normal, so the eye on that side is smaller as well. I would start with cheek augmentation with fillers? In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Ptosis surgery and blepharoplasty fat transposition surgery will benefit you. Hello. Yes, there is a slight ptosis in your eyelids.
