Can genital warts be removed surgically? Is labiaplasty an option?

Genital warts can be on the labia, outside the labia, or inside the vagina. Without seeing all of those areas, I can't tell you anything about warts and you. If you have warts, they tend to spread and you should see your gynecologist promptly to make sure that this doesn't happen.
The very close up photos show the labia minora and they look normal. Maybe you can repost a wider angle photo or mark exactly the areas that bother you.
