Can genital warts be removed surgically? Is labiaplasty an option?

Im unsure if this a genital wart or not. I would like to get labioplasty to remove whatever it is surrounding my vagina. If this is genital warts can i remove it with surgery? If its not genital warts what is it?

Thank you for your question I gather From your question that the problem is tension at the bottom of the entrance to your vagina. If this is the issue, a small V-notch in this area can be excised then the edges sewn “north-south “ which will open up the entrance to allow penetration
