I made a post last year about a labiaplasty that went very wrong. Unfortunately most of my tissue was amputated. This has exposed my inner vestibule tissue as well. One of the main issues is how tightly my vestibule skin was sewn outwards. It is under so much tension. I’ve watched a video where a surgeon was able to fix this kind of defect by elevating “neo-labia minora flaps” and it helped release the tension. I can’t have sex anymore because of the tension. I wondered if there is still help.

Hello, scar formation depends entirely on genetic predisposition. and the type of incision to be made has nothing to do with it. However, from my own experience, I see that wound healing is better in surgical transfer labia plasty results.
