Would HIFU help with lumps in the tear trough area caused by filler? I have sensitive skins and am concerned about risks (photo)

I applied hyaluronic acid in tear troughs, lumps were formed on both sides to which hisluronidase was applied, the lump under one eye persists and the doctor now suggests HIFU to lower the remaining lump, is it adequate? I have read that HIFU near the eyes is risky and I have sensitive skin.
