Concerns: 1-I have deep lines that run from the side of my nose to the side of my mouth 2-one side of my face is fuller than the other. How can I get rid of these issues?

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Getting rid of asymmetry and lines that run from the side of my nose to mouth can be as easy as one syringe of filler. The key is assessing if it's just those lines called the nasolabial folds, or a result of hollowness under your eyes or temples. Before filling in the laugh lines or nasolabial folds make sure to identify the problem and address it. Typically, it's the temples or under the eyes. A hyaluronic acid filler like Restylane, Versa, RHA or Juvederm will easily correct those problems. I also like Radiesse for the temples and the nasolabial folds.
