Except buccal fat removal, how do I remove this amount of fat? (Photos)

Question

The original is on the left, edited on the right. I'd like to know if I can do anything non-surgical to remove this amount of fat. Essentially I want a contoured look. I also wanna know if I could add filler to the cheekbone area as well?

Thank you for your question and photos. Though you’re interested in alternatives, buccal fat removal is likely the best solution to reduce fullness in the area you’re referring to. Removing the buccal fat pad can provide a defined contour in the cheekbones and along the jawline.
It is also possible that adding filler to the upper cheek, as you pointed out, will provide a lifted appearance and create the balance you’re looking for. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector. They will be able to determine the best treatment option to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Buccal fat removal will be your best option here. It's a quick procedure, in the office, and has a very simple recovery.  Why not do that?
