Cheekbone Augmentation for a Weak Maxilla. Hello, I am currently at a loss for what operation would be most beneficial to my face. Cheekbone augmentation is what I am leaning towards, but I've also been contemplating having a lower blepharoplasty, jaw surgery, premaxillary augmentation, you name it! Would a cheekbone augmentation improve my eyebags and weakness in my midface? Thank you

Thank you for submitting your question and photos. Cheek augmentation with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers is an excellent way to improve the appearance of the midface region. These injectable formulas can create a soft enhancement in the cheek and under-eye area by adding volume and balancing the facial features.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You might be able to avoid surgery with carefully placed fillers. If you are a candidate for fillers (which appears the case from your pics) then an oculoplastic surgeon can easily correct the issues. If not, a lower bleph with cheek lift might be an option. See an oculofacial surgeon for consultation.

Before contemplating invasive and relatively expensive surgery, you may wish to consider the use of a robust HA filler for the cheekbone region and medial face. Since the upper cheek regions are the major support for the under-eyes, properly performed upper and medial cheek filler augmentation in the hands of an experienced injector can both maintain and improve a masculine cheek structure AND also improve secondarily under-eye bags, hollows and tear troughs. Make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be sure to ask to see hsi/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.

You have temporary and long-term options. 
As I study your features and overall facial harmony, I believe you'd benefit from custom cheek implants to add volume and presence in the midface area. 
Malar (cheek) augmentation will lift your eyes and make you look less tired. As you become older, the tired look will be more apparent. Augmentation for the sake of augmentation alone may not be the right approach, instead, you'd have to think of what look suits you best. The key to achieving outstanding results is to design your implants according to your specific aesthetic vision.
Your jaw does not look weak or out of balance from the front or side view, however, that is something for you to decide.
