Cheekbone Augmentation for a Weak Maxilla. Hello, I am currently at a loss for what operation would be most beneficial to my face. Cheekbone augmentation is what I am leaning towards, but I've also been contemplating having a lower blepharoplasty, jaw surgery, premaxillary augmentation, you name it! Answer: What to do for lower eyelids and cheeks? Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You might be able to avoid surgery with carefully placed fillers. If you are a candidate for fillers (which appears the case from your pics) then an oculoplastic surgeon can easily correct the issues. If not, a lower bleph with cheek lift might be an option. See an oculofacial surgeon for consultation.
