Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You might be able to avoid surgery with carefully placed fillers. If you are a candidate for fillers (which appears the case from your pics) then an oculoplastic surgeon can easily correct the issues. If not, a lower bleph with cheek lift might be an option.
