My left side is more sunken under the cheekbone. Are there procedures that can fill this area without giving me a chubby look?

I have been told as you get older your cheekbones will become naturally more pronounced but I don't like this look, I feel gaunt. However injectors have said they generally don't fill this area since it would give a chubby baby fat look. What do you recommend?
