My whole life my face is flat. I always when I look in mirrors as I only like my face when my cheeks have more volume. Which procedure could achieve the photo differences?

Thank you for your question and photo. You have several options for adding volume and definition to the cheek area, depending on the longevity you are looking for. Injectable fillers can lift the cheeks and add fullness for results that last approximately 6-12 months. An autologous fat transfer takes fat from the belly or thighs and injects it into the cheeks to restore volume with results that can last much longer than fillers in most cases. 
Cheek implants would likely be your best option for a permanent solution. These implants can be customized to increase cheekbone projection and balance facial proportions. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your concerns and help you select the best option for achieving your aesthetic goals.

Hi there! Options for cheek volume do exist. Fillers would be a good starting point as the results are relatively instantaneous and last 8-12 months. Some will advocate for threading but I've found those results to be less than impressive. Cheek implants provide a permanent solution and can be selected based on size and form. Fat transfer provides a natural filler from around your belly button and lasts about 5-10 years. Depending on your age, a final option would be a midface lift. Hope this helps!
