I think you can get hair transplant, but it is equally important to keep some kind of combination maintenance therapy like what you have been doing (minoxidil, finasteride, even supplements like nutrofol, red light therapy, PRP injection etc) Because hair transplant procedure can restore loss hair but can't prevent other existing hair from falling off.

Hello,Looking at your pictures and your age, in my opinion, if your baldness is bothering you then you should certainly go for a hair transplant. Medically also, you are an ideal candidate for a hair transplant and shall achieve a good result in the frontal area. also, looking at the pattern of baldness on your scalp and your family history there are good chances that you might require a second session later on.

Certainly you need a hair transplant and a good candidate for that. You may need as much as possible number of the grafts to achieve a natural look for you without create a donor area depletion that may be around 3500-3800 grafts.
