I had a FUT hair transplant in October 2021 on my temples/hairline (3000 grafts). I was told I had traction alopecia. The surgery went well and I saw progression until March 2022, then it stopped. No progress in length or density, hair barely 1 cm. By August hair looked worse than it did in March, completely thinned out, no growth in length. I am devastated. I told my surgeon who has not been helpful. Just said to try Minoxidil, LLLT or PRP. Its over 1 yr and I’m back at square one. Please help!
