Are blood thinners a complete contraindication for hair transplantation?

SethTH
I am a 26 year old male, otherwise healthy with some(in my eyes) mild hair loss. Primary frontotemporal recession. I am interested in pursuing hair restoration surgery, but there is the caveat that I am the owner of a mechanical aortic valve that requires anticoagultion and beta-blocker therapy. The only saving grace I can think of is that I require substantially less anticoagulation(INR only needs to be 1.5-2.0). Are there any surgeons who would work with me on achieving my goals? Thanks
