Recommendations for hair growth vitamins?

Hi, can you please recommend me a good hair vitamin that does not have side effects to help my hair grow faster?

In my opinion, there are two vitamins that have studies supporting effectiveness. They are nutrafol and viviscal. Since nutrafol has a separate formulation for women that reduce oxidative stress as well as a male formulation to decrease DHT I usually recommend nutrafol.

Hi Eman7,You may find options such as topical products used in the shower/after showering on the hair itself, as well as in office treatment options like light therapy, helpful in not only the prevention but also the treatment of hair loss. You may be noticing changes in how your hair used to grow compared to how it grows now due to changes in the hair follicle growth cycle. The first signs may be hairs shrinking in size over time (also known as miniaturization), which is a hormone-driven process. As the follicles shrink over time, the hair appears thinner and does not have as robust of growth as previously, until they eventually disappear completely. If these are your concerns, typically vitamins alone will not help. Starting early can help slow this overall process. Best of luck!

The ideal vitamin to take is one that you are drficient in. Your doctor can review your history and diet and examine your scalp and review your blood tests to help you with that answer.
