Permanent damage to eyebrow after threading. Is there anything I can do to get new flat skin in this area? I stopped 1yr ago.

I saw my regular doctor and he said it's dermatitis and had a rash reaction to the threading or the lotion they apply after the threading is done. He prescribed a cream called Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP 0.1% I have been on it 2x a day for a month and it hasn't shown improvement. All of these blemishes are from about 5 times of threading my eyebrows.
