Link between Lexapro and Finasteride?

No, there shouldn't be a negative interaction between the two, but keep in mind, you will experience an increase in hair shedding with Finasteride. Finasteride does not interact with Lexapro. I would need to see your scalp up close to review causes but shedding can be from any of 4 possibilities a) a condition unrelated to finasteride or Lexapro b)  finasteride or c) Lexapro or d) both. Starting finasteride is more likely to cause shedding (statistically speaking) than Lexapro. Please see a dermatologist
