I had a BBL a year ago, but alll the fat is gone, even though I workout and eat right. I was told that after 6 months the fat was going to be permanent unless of course I lose weight which I did not. I started loosing a lot of volume after 8 months post op, and have continued to do every week, I feel like I have lost like 90% of the fat. Would you reccommend a second round (I would probably gain some weight)? A have a little of loose skin and a second lipo will give me more loose skin, so is it a good idea to do it together? The BBl, TT and ribxcar (rib remodeling)?

You appear to have fat available in the lower back and flanks that could likely be used for transfer. Sculpting these areas through liposuction and adding volume to the buttocks with fat grafting can enhance your curves in a very natural way.

Thank you for your query. Some of the dents are difficult to fix and may need a second session of subcision and fat grafting. The hard lumps will need to be assessed by your surgeon to see if it is fibrosis or an area of fat necrosis. Both of these can be treated. Please discuss your concerns...
Yes, correction is possible. Fat grafting to the upper outer thighs and lower hips can create a smoother transition and improve the contour. Strategic liposuction of surrounding areas can also help blend the shape. A skilled revision BBL surgeon experienced in contour irregularities is key.
