Restylane silk is a great new product indicated for the perioral rhytides and lip area only but swelling in this area should be expected. It is post op edema and will resolve over few days typically. Not indicated for the nasolablial folds. Would recommend you discuss your case and concerns regarding cancer risk with your board certified dermatologist.
Thank ypu for ypur question. You have a improved result after filler. Your still swollen after your filler injection and the swelling will last for another 1-2 weeks. I would not advise adding more filler to the area. Discuss your concerns with ypur injector.
