Hi I was told I have grade 1 gyno but I keep looking up post operative results and they all seem to have visible scars . I have a hairless chest so I was wondering if I c find a surgeon that can do something better than the traditional areolar(semilunar) scar ! ??

The only proper treatment for gynaecomastia is surgical removal of the gland.
Stopping to smoke weed / tobacco is important for your health as well as important for Surgery because this habit complicates anaesthesia during surgery , also causes more bleeding.
