1 day post-op breast reduction, lift, and implant. When I opened a prescription my upper left made a gurgling sound. Normal?

Hi everyone. I just had a breast reduction, lift, and textured 325cc implant this morning with anchor scars. had to use my arms a tiny bit to get off the couch to run to pee! Now just the simplest task is painful but MOST importantly, when I tried to use what little strength I had to open a prescription bottle my upper left made a gurgling sound. I tried it two times same thing. I’m only on pain killers, NO muscle relaxers or drains. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
