Thanks for your question. Great pictures.  One thing that could have made the pictures better would have been to include some preoperative photographs. I see the asymmetries that concern you, and at 2 years post-op they are unlikely to change significantly, however, overall I think you have a very nice result especially considering that you had a breast lift in addition to a breast augmentation; this always make the surgery more complicated. I would remind you that everyone has asymmetries, they are sisters not twins. You could address your asymmetries but it would require further surgery. In my opinion, i'm not sure that the risk vs benefit ration of revisionary surgery at this time is favorable, primarily because you have a very good result. Also keep in mind that you will eventually require further surgery when the implants need to be replaced. Usually not for 10 years or more however. Obviously only you and your treating plastic surgeon can decide whether you should pursue revisionary surgery at this time. Hope this helps.
