Your filler hasn't disappeared. It's only been two days and the initial plumpness and volume you've been experiencing was probably swelling. Now, after two days the swelling is starting to subside. If you're unhappy with your results, I advise waiting two weeks and booking in for a follow-up appointment to discuss the possibility of having more filler injected.

Commonly the lips swell significantly after injection, which usually resolves in 1-2 days. You may feel that you lost volume when the swelling disappeared as 1cc is a significant volume for lip augmentation. If you feel under corrected you should speak with your injector.
